One of Chile’s largest agricultural commodity exporters wanted to establish a branded consumer product (veggie burger) in the U.S. CBEX was engaged to identify market opportunities, help refine product offerings, localize all packaging and collateral materials, and establish and implement a sales and marketing plan to penetrate specialty food markets on a national basis. Product and market analysis including focus groups revealed significant obstacles to success. Project was dropped preventing further financial exposure.
