This company had relied exclusively on the relationships of few key distributors with end users to build their business. Results had been marginal and consequently they were looking for ways to increase their sales in the U.S. CBEX’s research quickly determined that the protocol in the industry to develop markets was to set up a series of independent reps. CBEX designed the company’s action plan and pre-screened and introduced reps to the client.
