SUCCESS STORY: CONVEYOR CHAINS

This manufacturer of industrial conveyor chains had tried to approach the U.S. auto industry through what it thought were the normal distribution channels. The reality in this industry is that distribution channels are intentionally often long and confusing. CBEX was able to help them get into distribution through a strong U.S. partner / manufacturer who already had a presence in the market. CBEX’s client’s competitive product reached the $1 million level the first year since the margins were such that, despite 3-step distribution the client was able to profitably work with their new U.S. partner/manufacturer.
