This major producer of plastic film engaged
CBEX to do a thorough locational analysis for their U.S.
expansion. The challenge was to identify the best potential
sites / buildings that combined the optimal financial
incentives and distribution opportunities for the northeast
and mid-Atlantic markets. CBEX presented the client with
regional profiles ranking three New York City regional
opportunities for their “business friendly” environment.
Subsequently CBEX arranged and facilitated meetings with local
officials and business people in the three selected candidate
