| This start-up company’s first
challenge was to determine a positioning strategy in this very
competitive low end market. Despite being a low cost producer
in this low end market they determined that it was very hard
to take market share from the very large, well established
manufacturers. Through its research CBEX was able to
accomplish two things: 1. to come up with a product variation
based on trends in the market that made the client somewhat
unique, and; 2. to get this new supplier into a large home
center chain on Long Island. |
