SEMINAR REGISTRATION:

Attendees will be selected based on earliest date of application. Only 10 companies selected per event.  Maximum 3 attendees per company.  Cost is $495 US per company for Seminar 1.    Travel and lodging expenses not included.  Seminar breakfast included.  Seminar 2 cost is determined on an individual basis (you may use the form below to get a quote on Seminar 2).
