CBEX Italian Campaign
Over years of business travel our CBEX team has developed a "love affair" with Italy . . . eight years and counting, with multiple extended visits to many of the standard tourist spots as well as to the nooks, crannies and out-of-the-way places . Through our travels we have gotten to know the people - the Italy of local shop owners, merchants, farmers, business people, and their "authentic" made-in-Italy products. We also recognize that the US market appreciates the high quality of Italian brands, such as the Brunello wine of Montalcino or the extra virgin Tuscan olive oil. For these reasons CBEX is launching a campaign to focus on Italian products.
To initiate our Italian Campaign we are developing a specialized distribution network for our Italian clients and are very selectively reaching out to Italian companies who meet our criteria. Our goal is to help build an authentic brand of excellent Italian products for the U.S. market. We are also expanding our team to include those who want to join us in waging a successful sales and marketing campaign in the U.S.
Criteria for Italian Products / Companies:
- Products have to be made in Italy
- You have products you are currently selling and marketing either locally, in Europe, or in the U.S.
- You have developed pricing (including pricing for distributors and retailers), packaging, sales materials, promotional materials / incentives, etc. for the markets into which you are currently selling
- Willingness to have CBEX diagnose your U.S. export readiness which will include a trip to the company after which we will provide a written report and a prescription to prepare all the materials for the U.S. This will be a gratis service in exchange for travel expenses
- Willingness to support CBEX’s U.S. sales effort with samples and trade show budget including travel
